Default Maris Otter/Crystal SMaSH

Your thoughts? Probably a 1.060 OG, London Ale yeast, and 35ish IBU...

Thoughts how? Sounds good, though you could also use Vienna to good effect with Crystal hops.

Sounds great. I'd probably go with a little lower OG but I'm on a lower ABV beer kick right now, and the crystal hops are clean and mild. An OG of 1.050 and IBUs of 35 sounds about right to me.
