I am thinking about trying to make a half lemonade and half black tea wine without making 2 different batches and mixing them together. Also without back sweeting with lemonade. Haven't had time to start it yet just want to get a solid recipe first.
Batch size: 6 gallon (us) total:
40 single serve tea bags (13 tea bags per gallon) to make 3 gallons of just tea
2 bottles 32oz real lemon juice. To make just 3 gallons of kind of a skeeter pee.
7 lbs sugar
Yeast either d-47 or ec-1118 have both on hand.
Potassium metabisulfite (Kmeta)
Potassium sorbate (sorbate)
