you start sneaking bottle into work so they can carb in your filling cabinet (house is too drafty and heat is kept low during the day and at night, so carb'ing takes forever this time of year... if the office is going to stay nice and toasty at 72* on a 24/7 basis, why not take advantage of it?!?).

- Aging: Imperial Chocolate Milk Stout (half on coconut), sour blond on second-use cherries, English Barleywine (half on brett), 3726 saison w/ brett x2 (dregs mix & Lochristi), GNO 3724 saison w/ brett mix, sour cherry mead, acerglyn, and a few other sours...

When you use brown lunch bags to disguise the beer you share with your coworkers. And, you park somewhere that you can hand off empty bottles and brewing equipment to fellow brewing coworkers where the surveillance cameras won't see you.

U have no problem marinading a turkey with settled out dregs of your perfectly timed transfer. Oh yes it is happening, right now, apfelwine dregs (bigger than normal per the occasion) crash cool settled, screened and sifted. To later be boiled down into a monster spritzer for the spitfire grill.
