I just finished up brewing two batches of beer (5g each) this morning. My standby IPA and one I have not tried before - A Belgian Trippel. The Trippel has 10lbs of extract malt and another pound of rock sugar plus a 1lb grain bag. This is going to be a pretty big beer I think. Almost no Hops in the Belgian either. 2oz at the start and 1 oz at the end. Shoud be a good beer.
I'm going to make 2 more batches this weekend. Another IPA so I have one on ready-standby and probably a Nut Brown Ale.
