mrmalty is a pseudonym of jamil zainasheff. he's written a few books on homebrewing and won a lot of awards, in addition to creating the yeast pitching rate calculator. he hosts a few homebrewing podcasts as well on the brewing network. brewstrong is a podcast I would recommend to any homebrewer.

All I know is that Red Stripe only taste good when you're sipping it lying on a sunny beach in Jamaica. Otherwise, it taste like $%#@.
