Lagunitas gets my vote.

I decided to let it mellow a little more. It's still in carboys, but will be put into stainless tomorrow.

Also, on my CO2 system, it usually takes 10 days to carb. As such it should be about two weeks before its ready to taste.
Done carbing yet? I would like to brew this tomorrow if it came out close. [I have a 6 pack of the real thing (well a 5 pack now) ]

Any updates RedSkinFan? Would you use this recipe over your other ones? I'm brewing this on Wednesday and finalizing the ingredients based on your previous recipes.

It's almost spot on for color and mouthfeel. Your hop schedule will dictate the rest.

Planning on the hop schedule you posted in the other NN thread. Looks awesome.

Did you still do a 90 minute boil with the reduced amount of pilsner malt?

I made this too with the grain profile here and the hop schedule from the other thread. Going to transfer to secondary and dry hop in another couple of days then bottle next week.

If using the hop schedule from the other thread, ensure you whirpool for a while to get the most out of the hop aroma/flavor.

Also, dry hop for minimum two weeks at 70f before cooling/carbing. Leave hops in keg, during and after cooling.
