Nope.. 3 weeks is fine, in fact it gives the yeast time to clean up their mess. They've pretty much proven that autolysis is not an issue. I leave all my IPA's in primary for at least 2 weeks, and then just dry hop right in the primary for another week. Cold crash after that, then package. I get SUPER clear beers, with just whirlfloc in the boil.
