I have 25 gallons of dark beer (brown ale, pumpkin ale, scottish ale). Looking to do something light. Kinda thinking about trying my first hefe. Suggestions

hefe is perfect. great for summer and finishes quick enough to be enjoyed while it's still hot out.

I'm partial to saisons this time of year myself. The wyeast Belgian saison yeast is great and loves the higher temperatures. I pitch around 78, leave it in the house for a day or two and then move it to the garage to finish up in the mid 90s.
Primary: Pecan Sandy Porter
Barrel: a ton of brett
Tap 1: Belgian Saison
Tap 2: American Porter

Next in line: Belgian Blonde
