SWMBO is out of town this weekend, so I ordered ingredients to brew this weekend. Looks like the stuff won't be here until Monday. Desperate to make something, I searched my supplies and found the following:

Grains
5 Lbs English Two Row
7.5 Lbs American Two Row
2 Lbs Golden Promise
1.5 Lbs Munich Type 2
1 Lb Caramel Pils

Hops
3 oz Cascade
4 oz Simcoe
1 oz Rogue Revolution
1 oz Styrian Golden
1 oz Golden Hallertou
Tons of unknown hops growing in yard

Yeast
1 Pack Wyeast Old Ale
1 Vial Whitelabs California Ale

Other
1.5 lbs Clover Honey
.5 lbs Molasses
.5 lbs Agave Nectar
.5 lbs Turbinado Sugar

Any thoughts on how to turn this randomness into an awesome beer? I think an IPA is the obvious answer. Do I throw it all in a pot and see what happens? I will most likely reserve the Old Ale yeast since it seems out of place.

Thanks

I thought IPA right away but that's probably the easy way out. You could keep it mild and do a bitter. You could do a pale ale.

I'm going with it. I may wet hop instead of using the cascade pellets. Thanks for the advice.
