Default Mash Profile Cheat Sheet

What do you gurus think of this cheat sheet I found?

It seems to jibe with what I've read, and it looks like a pretty good starting point for new recipes or those that don't specify a mash profile.

Default I know this was a while ago but...

THis may have been originally posted a while back but I was looking for a mash cheat sheet that shows mashing procedures for different malts...I thought this might be what I was looking for but I couldn't get it to load either. Any other suggestions???

An acid rest for a Pale Ale??? Where did they come up with that?

Seems like overkill for most of they styles, given the high degree of modification in contemporary malts.

I never used it. I found it when I was building my all grain rig, and it looked like it might be useful. More reading and research was infinitely more useful than this document.
