Got some specific timing questions coming up in the next two weeks. Basically we have two 6.5g buckets, two 5 gallon BB, and a bottling bucket, and are trying to decide which beers to age for longer and where. For the week in question we have:
Raspberry Tart at 3 weeks (6.5g bucket) 1.052 OG raspberry extract at bottling
Yeti clone at 4 weeks (6.5g bucket) 1.092 OG
Apfelwein at 4 weeks (5g BB) Edwort OG
Gulden Draak clone at 8 weeks (5g BB) 1.090 OG

If you had to marry one, kill o..... wait no. If you had to bottle one, transfer one, and fill the vacancy with a braggot what would your choices be and why?

Haven't taken any readings. Normally let anything higher gravity go two months and try to limit the risk of infection
