1.0 LB Victory Malt
.55 oz Yakima Magnum (14.1%) @ 30 mins
.25 oz Cascade (5.0%) @15min x .25 oz every minute to 1 min.
.50 oz Cascade (5.0%) @Flame out
Dry Hop 1oz Cascade 5% or ???? x7-10 days.
Safale - S05 (American Ale Yeast)
What do you think about the possible flavor profile and what would be a good dry hopping hop beside Cascade??
I'm thinking of using 1/2 oz of Cascade + 1/2 oz of Simcoe and/or Citra
