I'm going to be traveling a lot during the week for the next few months and won't have an opportunity to make starters more than 16-18 hours in advance of brewing, is there any point in making them?

(Also, looks like last night's starter is dead in the water, wondering about making one tonight around 8pm for brewing tomorrow, probably pitch it around 2pm).
And now we go AG!

On Tap: Nadda
Primary: Nadda
Planning: Extra Special Bitter

Yeah, that would be fine. You will obviously have to pitch the whole thing, as you won't have time to chill and decant. It certainly will be better than not pitching a starter at all.

You could make a few of them when you have time to then stick them in the fridge untill you are ready to use them. Do them up in bottles and then when they are done you can just put a cap on it to seal it up and store. They should last a couple of months.
