picked up a pound of the "gold" today for my Mikes clone . . . I just wanted to get it started and really didnt give a poo what I grabbed but it got me thinking . . . Sounds like it's a local company for me but wanted some input if ya got any

here is their brew stuff specificly but also sell colorings, and flavorings

Oddly enough, I used their rice/malt extract for my 1909 mild. First time for it and it's not ready for consumption.

But, I just poured out a half pint from the extras bottle and I am quite impressed. 1.044 OG and only 5 oz. of steeped grains, but good mouthfeel and finish, nice malty middle.
