Ironically, working on redoing the quad. Since last year I have gone all grain with an aeration stone and stir plate so the attenuation problem from last year should be fixed. But if quad is now spoken for, I'll have to look at something else.

Xcorpia,

Drinking my saved bottle of your cranberry lambicky alongside this years contributor.

Aging your beer for a year was fantastic. Thanks so much for participating. The head was just over the top a year later. Literally. Fantastick lacing.The cranberries still come through wonderfully. Througly enjoying this.
