Iíve been making hard cider on and off for a while. Mostly I make a few batches in the fall when I can get apple cider without preservatives.
A couple of weeks ago I got my hands on some Vintnerís Harvest Apple Wine Concentrate. My thought was to see if I could make some hard cider from this stuff. While searching for ideas I found this site. Had I found it first I probably would have just made some of Edís Apfelwein, but I didnít so here I am.
Does anyone have any thoughts on how I can use this stuff or should I just bring the OG up to where I want and toss in the yeast?
Plan B is to go to a friend who makes wine and let him make wine out of it.
