I've added some sweetener to a brew that contains maltodextrin, no doubt as a physical filler for the sweetener as it has a caster sugar like appearance. It hasn't got the percentages on the packet, so does anybody have any idea roughly how much I could have added? I used 250g sweetener in a 1 gal brew, what's the usual sort of amount of maltodextrin that's added to give a brew some body?

1 galon? 250g thats waaayy to much.. sorry i just re read that. max you should use is 80g tops for 1 galon

Indeed, but I went on taste and not on quantity as such....
