and like it a lot. My experience has been that using half the amount you would to bottle results in flat beer. If you do a search you'll find many others here with my same experience. Using 90% of what I would use to bottle results in the same level of carbonation for me, but I usually use 80% and then finish with a little force carbing. It's much easier to add a little through force carbonation than it is to bleed an overcarbed keg.
