For the record, TIPA is not a white IPA.

Also, I think that photo is of an American Pale Ale. (probably with cascade and willamette)

Agreed, white ipa is brewed with copious amounts of wheat correct?

I think of a White IPA and Belgian IPA as the same thing (may or may not be accurate but jives with my experience with the style) and is more or less a heavily hopped Witbier.
