Take a look at the my link to my "invisible sculpture" in my signature. Making the pulley / hoist mobile can be a bitch. However, if you use a wheeled platform, you can move everything underneath the pulley instead, (move your equipment, not the pulley). Much easier.

Two weeks to ferment, two more in the kegs
