Default Looking for a inexpensive burner.

I seen this propane jet burner for $90 at my lhbs and found them online here starting At only $18 and on up. Is there any reason why these would not work. http://www.instawares.com/propane-je...r002cl.0.7.htm

It may be a bit of a drive, but I just found this listing on CL. If your getting started it looks like they have quite a bit of gear they are selling

Here are a few others, sorry I'm not familiar with SoCal geography.

I have bought most for my hardware from CL and had great success.

Yea i thought about buying one of those keggle in oceanside instead I had one made and saved alot. The other postings I have seen but it's pretty far at 12 miles to the gallon I was thinking it's cheap cause there is no plumbing an you would have to find your own propane fittings an what not. So I'm considering either that link or that 10" bayou classic sq14. The last setup I got was cl find turkey fryer worked pretty good until I went keggle.

they still have tons of these at my local Sam's Club (YMMV): http://reviews.samsclub.com/1337/488...ascending=true

only $39 and despite what the reviews say, it's kicked some major ass for my last 4 batches w/ my 10g pot.

I have a more beer 25 miles away so i ended up goin there an getting there adjustable stand burner. Worked great for a keggle, plus the adjustability is great with my sloping driveway.
