Default I enjoy smoking and grilling.....

about three and a half years ago, i got my first big green egg and the smoking and grilling bug.... here are a few pictures.....

this does it. i'm getting off my ass and starting my smoker build.

is that cedar planks wrapped around fish and asparagus? where did you get those thin sheets?

cedar sheets wrapped around salmon and asparagus! i actually go them from woot.com some time last year. i'm down to my last few though and i've got to find some more. i really like them, although they aren't quite the same as cooking on planks. far more subtle.
