Default Summer Ale FG

Just bottled my Summer Ale from Brewers Best and got it down to 1.004

3.3lb pilsen LME
1 lb wheat DME
1 lb pilsen DME
8 oz. carapils
bitter orange peel, lemon peel (all in one packet)
.5 oz. cascade 60
.25 oz. cascade 20
.25 oz. cascade 5
US-05 yeast

By the way I've never had a beer finish above 1.012 and all I do is extract

3-week primary. Would've bottled at 2 weeks cause I'm out of town and homebrew but I was lazy
