I have a few batches under my belt now and am looking to do an Alaskan amber ale clone. Anyone know of a good kit for it or do I have to put a recipe together. Any help would be great.

Also if anyone knows of a Irish stout that is on the sweet side that would be great too.

as stated above, the AHS Alaskan Amber Ale kit is excellent! I'm ordering another one this week
