Original Gravity: 1.065 75%
Final Gravity: 1.014
IBU: 70
Boiling Time (Minutes): 90
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 8 days @ 68F
Secondary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 2 weeks
Tasting Notes: Crispy,piney,smooth IPA. Nice head retention.

11.5 lb. Maris Otter
.5 Flaked Barely
1.0 oz Simcoe pellets-90min
1.0 oz Cascade pellets-30min
.5 Simcoe pellets-30min
1.0 oz Cascade pellets-0min
2.0 oz Cascade pellets-dry
1.0 oz Cascade whole leaf-dry in Secondary
This is a spinoff I tried from Blackfoot River's Single-Malt IPA, I just added flaked barely and used White Labs Greenbelt Yeast instead of Wyeast 1728 Scottish Ale. Gotta lot of high 5's at bros 40th Bday party. Every now and then it just comes out great. Too bad the keg didn't last long!
