Just put some random fruits together

Strawberries (box of .. 300g?) of market so unsure of weight.
Two banana's
3 apples.
700ish grams of sugars.

basically i just added all the things i liked To see what it would come out like.
Is it actually classed as a wine as all recipes i've seen have grapes or raisens in them.

thanks.

Sure, it'd be a wine. Often, all wines made from fruit other than grapes are called "country wine". Keep in mind that grape wines like cabernet sauvignon don't taste like grapes, and usually fruit wines don't really taste like fruit either. Once the sugar is fermented out, the taste changes quite a bit.

If I use fresh bananas, I make an extract from it, screen and filter it, then add the extract to the fermenter to keep the bananna mush out of it.
