Default 1 yr. Mead

Year old blackberry mead I forgot about in my cellar. I'm like " look at my mead, look at my mead!"
Delicious!

It's smooth, I'm more impressed with the copper color.

Pretty simple. 16lbs wildflower honey. 5 lbs blackberries. 5 gallons h2o. Dry white wine yeast. Make it and ferment for a couple months. Bottle and forget. Easy. Enjoy.

A fine beer may be judged with only one sip, but it's better to be thoroughly sure.
