Yeast: US 05 American Ale Yeast (Dry)   
Yeast Starter: None   
Batch Size (Gallons): 5   
Original Gravity: 1.064   
Final Gravity: 1.013   
IBU: 48   
Boiling Time (Minutes): 60   
Color: Light Brown (SRM ?)   
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 15   
Tasting Notes: Wonderful hop aroma, flavor, and taste. Enjoy!   

I was trying to clone New Belgium's Mighty Arrow Pale Ale. They use Kent Goldings and Target Hops for bittering. After I couldn't find Target Hops at my LHBS, I upped the ante with Magnum and made this an IPA. Quite delicious right now!

Steep Specialty Grains at 155F for 30 min
0.50 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 20L (20.0 SRM) Grain
0.50 lb Honey Malt (25.0 SRM) Grain

Boil Amount Item Type
60 min 8.25 lb Pale Liquid Extract (8.0 SRM) Extract
60 min 1.00 oz Magnum [13.10 %] (60 min) Hops
30 min 1.00 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.00 %] (30 min) Hops
10 min 0.50 oz Amarillo Gold [8.60 %] (10 min) Hops
10 min 0.50 oz Cascade [5.40 %] (10 min) Hops
2 min 0.50 oz Amarillo Gold [8.60 %] (2 min) Hops
2 min 0.50 oz Cascade [5.50 %] (2 min) Hops

Add Ingredients to Fermenter
