Ok. Was just wondering how you guys with big set ups measure your strike and sparge water. Ive been using a single vessel as a HLT/Kettle and collecting my sparge water in a bucket then draining mash tun to the kettle and spargeing from the bucket. I get the exact amount of strike water needed to temperature, dough in and start heating my sparge
I just picked up 2 Sanke's and am getting my full rig working soon and was looking for some ideas on how to set it up based on how i would measure out my strike water.
Was planning on using a calibrated sight glass and once strike water temp was hit draining the appropriate amount and then heat remaining to sparge temp.
Any direction would be appreciated.
