I made a Belgian Wheat on 5/7/11 and meant to transfer to a secondary on 5/17/11 but I missed out just from lack of time. How much longer should I wait to bottle. The details are:

6.5 lbs Muttons wheat extract
Willamete @ 60 and flame out
White Labs 550 Belgian Ale Yeast 550

Thanks for the input.

For a wit you can bottle it anytime from today on, most will leave it for at least 3 to 4 weeks in primary then go straight to bottling bucket. You'll be fine without the secondary.

Thanks. Looks like next weekend will have a bottling day.

I agree. You don't really need to secondary - I think you'll find that the yeast settles nicely and won't even stir up when you bottle/keg.
