I actually brewed this tonight. I've modified the recipe a bit, it's posted below. My Buddy thought it looked good so we did a 10 gallon batch. I just tossed it in the Primary...so i'll let you know how it goes.

Some will think it is too much caramel, but it looks great to me.

I do an Amarillo/Citra pale ale that is really good. I do partial boils so the hop amounts are a little higher but here is what I do. Everyone likes this beer. Nice citrus, grapefruit taste.

Initially I thought so as well, but the impact will be minimal since I'm only steeping it.
