What yeast?

Edit: Ah. 05. Missed that.

Whatever it is, it's pretty caramel-ly.

Reason: Missed the yeast.

Hodgepodge.

It's not an American amber with EKG hops, and it's not an English style pale ale or bitter with American malt and yeast. The flaked corn is out of place for either style also.

Sounds like an American pale ale with corn.

I'll refer you to Saranac Pale Ale: http://www.saranac.com/page/pale-ale1#
