I am looking for a good extract with specialty grains recipe for the wy1007. I brewed an alt from the original package and then a oktober fest ale thing with some of the cake and saved about 1/3 of a speghetti sauce jar with some more of the cake thats in the fridge. I like all beers so any suggestion for a style or recipe would be apreciated.
