Ok, just pitched my yeast. My efficiency was only 50%..is that really bad for a batch sparge? I had the awful stuck mash last week that i could not get going, so milled my grains at the .40 setting this time. Mash and sparge drained like a charm...but my OG ended up at only 1.046 instead target og of 1.051....i am guessing my eff. was so bad because of milling the gRains less fine?
