Are there any real brew school out there? That would actually help a person get a job after completion? I hate my current job and the only thing i enjoy in my life right now is beer making .. any suggestions? or any brewers out there looking for a passionate wannabe brewster?

If I could go to a brewing school, it would be Siebel at the Munich campus, or Chicago as a close second. It's not a cheap school by any means, in terms of knowledge or cost.

I know a chemist at UNLV that got her Ph.D from UC Davis during the early days of their fermentation science program. When I told her of my interest in the field, she had nothing but praise for the program and faculty at Davis.
