I think they just use lacto in all their regular house beers. Only recently have they started using bretts.
When I was out there the brewer said they had a "lactic acid bacteria" culture, but they hadn't had it analyzed to find out what was actually in there. However, they said their beers got "sick" which sounds like Pedio to me. I got to try their first Brett'd beer from the tank, not as good as their other stuff (bit of nail polish).
