12 qt. Indian summer all natural apple juice
2 qt. Cider And Spice
2 qt. Just Blueberry Juice
3 Lb. fresh Elderberry ( 2 Gal. water)
2 lb. honey
2 lb. dextrose
2 lb. Californian raisins
Boil 1.5 gal. water and pour over fresh elderberries and let stand for one day, bruise berries next day and pres through muslin cloth. add .5 gal. water, boil honey, corn sugar,2 star anise, 1 oz ginger root, dissolve sugars and let cool.
strain liquid into carboy. Add apple juice, cider and spice, and Blueberry. add red star dry wine yeast. primary 1 month, secondary 3 months.
