Malts: Premium Two-Row (Metcalf & Kendall varieties), Munich, Simpson's Light Crystal
Hops: 4+lbs/BBL: Bittering—Warrior, Columbus; Late Kettle—Cascade, Centennial; Dry Hops—Amarillo, Cascade, Centennial, Simcoe
I'd probably leave the cara-malts where they are and just up the pale and Munich to get the OG to ~1.085. That low Sacch rest will ensure it ferments out pretty dry.
