Default apfelwine gyser

Today i decided to throw a couple teaspoons of yeast nutrient to try to stave off the rhino farts. It blew up like diet coke and mentos.

Another reason to do all your additions before fermentation

I doubt that would happen if you degassed first, and also dissolve the nutrient in some must before adding, that way you can SNA during fermentation.

You should degas 2 or 3 times a day in the first week anyway and ad the additions after a good shake up cuz you get better results than just adding it all at once.
