I love it when a beer has good 'crabination'

Congrats on your first batch being a success!!

Is crabination the flavor of old bay in your beer?

I always had "good" carbination after 3-4 days and great within a week. I dont brew big beers so I never had the I need to wait 3 weeks problem.

Bottle bombs. Throw out all remaining bottles in that batch.

It can happen with some but dont expect it.Ive had way better head retention waiting. My ipa was good early within a week then i had not much hop flavor aroma after that. Im finding 5+ weeks gives near max potential. Ive had some taste good early then suck after a few weeks then taste awesome a few more weeks later.
