I've never tried Strongbow as I've just discovered where I can buy it in my area. How does it compare to the Crispin Imported classic english dry cider? The one in the can. I just tried that for the first time tonight and it's not half bad.
on a side note, my apfelwein has been in primary for 8 weeks now (it's still pretty cold here) and it's got a distinct sour note to it. It's probably still fermenting, albeit slowly, as the cider is still pretty bubbly. I'm sure that the sourness will age out. Can't wait to try it when it's done
