I'd like to brew a Dubbel this weekend which calls for Belgian 2-row. What I have is about 40# each of Maris Otter and Briess Am. 2-row. Would the MO, or even the Briess be a suitable sub for the Belgian, or do I need to make a HBS run?
If I'd known I was gonna live this long, I'd have taken better care of myself!
