If you like spicy, Jerk Pork is the way to go. I use 6 Haberneros plus 3 Jalapenos. I also add a TBS of "Grains of Paradise" and a TBS of molasses. Be sure to butterfly it, so it holds the marinade, but DON"T OVERCOOK IT!
Use on sanwiches, salads, wraps or on its own with sides of spicy magno salsa and corn.
