If you like spicy, Jerk Pork is the way to go. I use 6 Haberneros plus 3 Jalapenos. I also add a TBS of "Grains of Paradise" and a TBS of molasses. Be sure to butterfly it, so it holds the marinade, but DON"T OVERCOOK IT!
