Nothing special and should be easy.

6 lbs dry wheat malt extract

1.25 oz Hallertau Hops for 60 min

Remaining all added in last 10 min of boil
0.25 oz Hallertau Hops
0.5 oz bitter orange peel
0.5 oz lemon peel
1 oz cracked coriander

Should be easy. I'm trying to reproduce the Mothership Wit. I figure this is a good place to start.

I'm calling this Nit Wit. What do you think?

Looks good. You don't list your yeast - you will want to consider using a Belgian-style witbier yeast if you are trying to emulate a witbier or white ale.

Actually I am using a Belgian Wit yeast. It's the 3944 Wyeast smack pack.

It's been 2 weeks in primary. I'm going to take a sample today to see what the final gravity is. The OG was 1.052 so I'm looking forward to this beer. Maybe I'll remember to post a pic.
