Here's my 2nd year cascades. How long to I let them go before I cut back to 2 bines?

Also, is there a way to embed flickr that's not violating their TOS?

I've been told wait until they are 1 foot. Mine are only on their second year too, and are slightly shorter than yours at the moment, so I don't exactly have much experience.
