Steep grains at 150° for 30 minutes. Sparge with 150° water

2.8 oz. "Republic of Tea" brand Ginger Peach Tea steeped in brew water prior to boil.

Heat 3.5 gallons water to boiling, turn off heat and add the Ginger Peach tea in a steeping bag and steep 5 minutes then remove. Add water back to heat, add remaining ingredients and brew as normal.
 
Just tapped the keg on this and while the color is a little funky.. looks kind of like Swiss Miss Hot Chocolate and has a similiar head but it is FANTASTIC! Good work!
