Has anyone tried The APA from Brewing Classic Styles that only uses Victory malt as a specialty grain?
What did you think?
I have this one fermenting now and I am wondering what to expect.
(note: Had to mash the Munich and Victory with a little 2-Row because LHBS couldn't get Munich LME in time)
(another note: tastybrew doesn't account at all for hops utilization in a partial boil. This is actually closer to 40 ibu Rager)
