I think this is a FES. My third recipe, so I may have made a rookie mistake. Here goes though:

Flannagan's Tree Stump Stout
Efficiency 75%

OG 1.077
Est FG 1.020
IBUs 35
Est ABV 7.5%

9lb Maris Otter
1lb Flaked Barley
1lb Black Barley
1lb Chocolate Rye Malt
1lb Malted Oats

1oz Styrian Goldings 60min
1oz Goldings, BC 60min
.5oz Goldings, BC 20min

1pkt Nottingham

Possibly Lactose and/or cocoa additions... haven't decided on that yet.

Thoughts? Too late to change grains and hops, they have been ordered.
