whats the best way to sparge in a mini mash

If you're using a grain bag, just take it out at the end of the mash, let it drip, then put it in a colander that's big enough to sit on top your brew pot. Use a ladle to slowly pour sparge water evenly over the grains.

i see your doing a belgian ale do you really need belgian bottles and corks ?
