I'm very cheap. I've been repitching/reusing my yeast and have been very successful with it. However, I feel like I'm still unsure of the correct science of what I've been doing. I am wondering if anyone has any good resources for more advanced yeast techniques, such as banking, culturing, etc. I'd really like to expand the yeasts I use in my regular brewing but when I use repitching techniques I have a very small window of time from one batch to another and don't brew frequently enough to keep 10 different yeast varieties.

Start with that, then try youtube. If you are still unsure what to do we will gladly help you figure it out.
